Gold price falls by Rs 2,000 per tola

Kathmandu. The price of gold plummeted by Rs 2,000 per tola (11.66 grams) in the domestic market today compared to the previous rate.
According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of fine gold is fixed at Rs 104,100 per tola and the standard gold is being traded it Rs 103,600 per tola. On Friday, the fine gold was traded at Rs 106,100 per tola and the standard gold’s price was Rs 105,600.
The domestic market for gold and silver remains closed on Saturday.
Similarly, the price of silver today went down by Rs 45 per tola today to be traded at Rs 1,320 per tola. The Federation fixes the prices of gold and silver in the domestic market on a daily basis being based the price rates in international market.
